It all starts with a conversation. Whether you’re unsure about what you need or you already have a clear idea, I’m always happy to have chat. We can discuss:

- Choosing the right wood.
- Likely costs of different options.

2. Prototyping and Refining the Design
Once we’ve settled on a concept, I’ll create a prototype. This stage allows us to:
- Finalise dimensions.
- Test the fit and functionality with your product.
- Check the colour of the wood with your design.
- Make tweaks to ensure the design meets both practical and visual needs.
3. Agreeing on Quantities and Final Details
After the prototype is approved, we’ll decide on the quantities you need, any finishes (e.g. oil or lacquer), and timelines for production. I’ll provide clear pricing and a schedule so you know exactly what to expect.
4. Crafting the Final Pieces
With everything agreed, I will source the timber from my local lumber yard and begin producing your order in my workshop. I’ll ensure every piece is precise and meets the highest quality standards.
6. Delivery and Follow-Up
Once your order is complete, I’ll ensure it’s securely packaged and delivered to you. I’m always available for follow-up questions or to discuss future projects if we find ourselves working well together!
